We bring compassionate care, expert therapy in your home.

Mobile Care In-Home Therapy will meet your therapy needs in the comfort of your home. We provide in-home, out-patient therapy (you do not need to be homebound) covered under insurance for our clients dealing with balance, mobility and fall-related issues.

We bring the traditional out-patient services to the patients’ homes; for those who are not homebound but unable to go out of the house due to transportation and mobility issues.

We proudly serve the Eastern Shore Maryland (see Map below). Our Therapists take the time (generally 1 hour/visit) to assess, educate, and carry-out tailor-fit and individualized program to meet your therapy goals in your home, without the hassle of finding a transportation to the clinic.

According to US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: One in four Americans aged 65+ falls each year; Every 11 seconds, an older adult is treated in the Emergency Room for a fall; every 19 minutes, an older adult dies from a fall. Falls are the leading cause of fatal injury and the most common cause of non-fatal trauma related hospital admissions among older adults.

  • No Prescription needed to get started: We can evaluate you and get treatment started without a Physician’s prescription. We will send the plan of care to the doctor along with regular updates for their certification.
